Officials Administration Guide
A checklist/guideline for club official administrators has been added to website (link also added to Resource page for official):
NBOC would also like each club to fill-out the following survey to identify club official administrators, help us schedule officiating clinic for the upcoming year or identify any gaps that some clubs may have to permit them to host a meet:
A new form has been created for officials to request their account to be activated/created to make it easier to identify new/returning officials for this season. It only asks for basic information to create or re-active the account that will be sent to the registered COA of the selected club:
Please also include a reminder that each club requires at least one Club Official Administrator (COA) that can be requested using the Additional User declaration form for the RTR system and emailing it to info@swimnb.ca. Once activated, we can also update the Swim official application form so that they get notified when a new entry is submitted for their club.
