Clothing Order for MLTC 2018

We will be placing an order for long sleeve shirts for the Marianne Limpert Championship being held April 26-29, 2018.
You will find attached the order form that allows you to choose your size in the ‘’junior or adult’’. As well as the Team order form.
The cost is $35.00 (including tax).
There will only be one pre order, so please submit your team order no later than March 28, 2018 at 5:00 pm. (No order will be accepted after this date).
