New Brunswick Short Course Open Championships 2015

The New Brunswick short course open championships took place January 3- – February 1 in Moncton at the CEPS Louis Robichaud pool in Moncton. Two Hundred and sixty eight swimmers from 12 New Brunswick clubs, 4 Nova Scotia clubs, two PEI clubs and one Quebec club participated in the Championship meet.  Meet hosts, the Codiac Vikings meet management, had to react quickly to the Saturday closure of the pool due to blizzard conditions in order to ensure all scheduled events were completed by Sunday.  Despite the challenges the meet saw some great swimming!  5 individual able bodied short course records, one relay record and 20 Para swimming short course records were set!
