Competitions and Camps in Yellow
As the province returns to the yellow phase, we are pleased to provide you with Swimming NB’s guidelines and recommendations for permitted activities during the yellow phase. Swimming NB would like to thank all members of the Board of Directors, Technical and Officials Committees, Club Presidents and Coaches who participated in the development of this document. Swimming NB will be sanctioning meets and organizing camps with the goal of allowing all our swimmers to compete by April 30th, all our competitive swimmers to compete against other clubs by April 30th and to run real or virtual Development, NextGen and HP Camps by May 15th, 2021.

Swimming Canada: Review of Officials Certification Pathway
SNC is reviewing and revamping the current Officials Certification Pathway that has been in place for over 20 years. There were two rounds of focus groups to review and get feedback on directions to consider and a 3rd and final round will be held on March 25, 2021. Five members of the NB Officials Committee were invited to the 2nd and 3rd rounds: Gary Losier, JP Dorris, Dave Anderson, Dave Richard and Marco Chiasson.
