The Sport and Recreation Branch has made relevant adjustments to the existing Covid-19 Emergency Support Fund.

Applications for this final phase will be accepted until Friday January 22nd, 2021

COVID-19 Recreation & Sport FAQs (06.11.20)

Please find below the updated COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) with most recent guidance from Public Health NB. Updated sections have been highlighted and include information on essential workers travelling outside of the Atlantic bubble, updated guidance for close-contact sport and the guidance to conduct active screening when organizations are not able to maintain 2m physical distancing at all times in their activities.

There are currently no regions in the Orange alert level (welcome back to yellow Zone 5!). We have kept the guidance in the FAQs in case any regions are required to follow those restrictions in the future.

Clubs’ Mailing Address

In order to send you the certificates and awards for swimmers who have excelled in the 2019-2020 season, please provide us with your mailing addresses.

In addition, if you would like to express your gratitude to your club’s registrar for her or his efforts to register swimmers and coaches this season, please feel free to send us his or her picture before November 13th and we would be happy to publish it on our social networks.

CSCA-Women in Coaching Summit: SNB invite 15 coaches

We remind you that Swimming NB will subsidize the registration of 15 Coaches in the virtual “Women in Coaching” Summit that will be host by the Canadian Swimming Coaches Association on Saturday November 21, 2020 from 2-6pm ADT.
