AGM – Delegate Registration Form
Please identify all delegates from your club who will attend the AGM for voting, the respective form is enclosed. We kindly ask you to return the duly completed form by 16th October 2019 so that we can send all related documentation (i.e. SNB Financial Report, reports from clubs/committees, Minutes of AGM 2018, candidates for the BoD, etc.) to the respective delegates prior to the AGM.
Clubs’ Annual Report – Reminder
Do not forget to provide your club report, highlighting activities that happened in your club last season, by 11th October 2019.
Thanks to all clubs, which have already submitted the annual report.
Banquet Tickets
The Banquet this year will be a Spaghetti Dinner with Cesar salad, Garlic Bread and an Ice Cream Sundae for dessert. Cost is $20 per person. Please let us know by 15th October 2019 how many tickets you require for your club.
Communication
Please find enclosed a photo with a message thanking the organizers of a swimming event. We kindly ask you to include it (or a similar one including your logo and/or similar wording) in the respective competition program/schedule. This is also to show that the event is sanctioned by SNB.
Feel free to also make use of our hashtags #SwimNB, #NatationNB, #swimNBproud and/or tag our profiles to further promote the event via social media.
SNB Coaches Meeting

High Performance
We are pleased to announce that two of our swimmers have been invited by Swimming Canada for national development camps: Brooklyn Douthwright and her coach Melanie Melanson for the 2019 Technical Camp to be held in Victoria BC from 20th to 27th October, Jacob Gallant and his coach Marta Belsh for the 2019 Male Camp in St. Petersburg/Florida (US) from 15th to 24th November 2019.
