Paris & Beyond 2021 Virtual Distance Development Camps

Congratulations to Alexandre Hussey, Brynne LeRoy, and coach Brian Woods from TIDE who have been selected to a Virtual National Camp hosted by Swimming Canada!

The camp will follow the same format as last year, with two virtual Zoom sessions on Saturday Nov. 6 and 13, with a weekly training template for swimmers and coaches to complete in their home programs in between the two Saturdays.

The camp will be jointly run by Distance and Open Water Coach Mark Perry and National Development Coach Ken McKinnon.

Para Swimming CAN-AM Female Coach Development Scholarship

For the purpose of growing knowledge of Paralympic swimming, Swimming Canada is offering up to three female coach full scholarships to attend the Can-Am International Swim Meet to be held in North Carolina from December 14-21.

This is a full scholarship, and all travel, meal, accommodation expenses will be covered by Swimming Canada. A small per diem will also be available.

2021 Amby Leger report

The UNB RED’s hosted their first home meet of the year this past weekend, October 30th-31st. Four teams attended the meet, the UNB REDS, Acadia Axemen/Axewomen, Dalhousie Tigers, and the Mount Allison Mounties. To find out more head to our website or just click the link below:
