- 11:30- 12:30 Clerk of Course ( level 2)
- 12:30 – 2:00pm Stroke and turn ( Level 2)
- 2:00 – 2:45pm Chief timekeeper ( Level 2)
- 2:45 – 3:45pm Timers (Level 1 )
- 3:45 – 4:00 Safety (Level 1)
